What are the return conditions?
Exchanging or returning your online order is possible within 14 days after receiving the order.If you want to exchange an item for a different color or size, then you return the item free of charge that does not meet your expectations. The purchase amount will be refunded to your account. You can easily order the right color or size again via the webshop. If you want to return, complete the return form completely. You add this together with the item (s) to be returned in the original packaging (due to the environment). You will find the pre-printed return sticker on the return form. Paste this sticker over the old address sticker.The original labels must be attached to the garment. We only take unworn, unwashed and undamaged items back. Expresso does not see fitting clothing as a use. Take the return to the post office. Keep the proof of shipment that you get from the post office. We only reimburse lost shipments on presentation of this proof. Sale items may also be returned. We aim to refund the purchase amount within 14 days after receiving the return package. This is done in the same way that you paid.
I have lost my return and / or packing slip and want to return. What should I do?

0032 483 26 31 64 Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. You will receive the reply number and address to return your items via customer service. The package cannot be returned to the address stated on the contact page, as returned webshop purchases will not be processed.
Do the items have to be returned in the original packaging?
This is our preference (because of the environment), but is not mandatory. However, it is important to return the items in a sturdy packaging in which the items cannot be damaged.
Can my return shipment also be collected?
No, it is only possible to return an order via the post office.
Will I be reimbursed for my shipping costs if I return the entire order?
Yes, you will be reimbursed for shipping costs when you return the entire order. Note: this also applies to a free product. If you decide to keep a free product, you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs. If you return a part of the order, you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs.
I have used a discount code and (partly) returned my order. What happens with my discount?
If you use a discount code for your online order, the discount will be divided over the ordered items. If you send an item back from the order, the discount for this item expires. If you return the entire order, the entire discount will be canceled
